The Enrollment

As with the first experience at nursery, the enrollment in Kindergarten represents the first experience outside the family context, so it requires time and patience.
Parents once again play a decisive role because the trust and enthusiasm they can convey will allow their child to embark on this new and important experience with serenity.
Every child is a person in their own right and therefore deserves respect and attention.

The Welcome

In our opinion, the welcome represents a fundamental moment for the child.
It is the moment when every morning they separate from their parents to "face" their day.
Therefore, special attention and care is given to each child during the welcome, so that it becomes a serene and calm moment.

The Typical Day

7:30 - 8:30 Optional pre-school

8:30 - 9:15 Welcome: games and songs to wish us good morning and start our day with a small breakfast

9:15 - 11:15 Hello everybody! Let's play in English!

11:15 - 11:30 Let's dress our table, wash our hands and tidy everything away in the right place... it's lunch time!

11:30 - 12:15 Wow!!! How good is this dish!!

12:15 - 13:00 Free play, story time... let's go to the bathroom!

13:00 - 14:15 SST... geniuses need some rest!

14:15 - 16:15 Activities in Italian, songs, games, and snack time!

16:15 - 16:30 It's time to go out!

16:30 - 18:30 Optional post-school or, for those who wish, extra activities

The Activities

POPPY welcomes its little ones by dividing them into homogeneous age groups.

The educational project has been designed for groups of children of the same age to better support them in their growth journey. Structured moments are then proposed throughout the year simultaneously with children of different ages.

For each age group, a specific program aims, through all pedagogical and educational tools (games, activities, songs, nursery rhymes, projects, workshops, special initiatives, outings, and trips), at the full, harmonious, and balanced development of the child, their aptitudes, and their abilities.

A STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Project is active to introduce children to the scientific approach from a young age.

Even activities such as breakfast, lunch, snack, or more playful and recreational ones are aimed, in addition to the child's joy, at their growth.

Complementary Educational Activities

We believe that the educational plan should be complete and articulated in every aspect.
For this reason, included in the monthly fee and at no extra cost, our children participate during school hours in complementary educational activities such as psychomotricity, baby dance, singing, visual learning, and art education.
We do not consider them optional; for us, they are an integral part of the complete project.
